- A unique account reference you choose at registration
- Booking history and session attendance
- Payment data processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details)
- Photos you voluntarily submit to the community photo wall

- To manage your bookings and credit balance
- To send WhatsApp notifications about your bookings, waitlist updates, and session reminders
- To maintain a club leaderboard and ratings system
- To process payments via Stripe
4. WhatsApp Messaging
By registering your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving automated booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and waitlist notifications from EZ Badders via the WhatsApp Business API. You may contact us to opt out at any time.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Meta/WhatsApp for messaging, Google for our ratings spreadsheet).
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via the WhatsApp group.
